Royal Hideaway Corales Resort, Best Seaside Holiday Hotel

The Royal Hideaway Corales Resort in Costa Adeje (Tenerife) won the Roca Award to the Hotel Initiative in the category Best Seaside Holiday Hotel. This hotel had the ME Sitges Terramar in Sitges (Barcelona), the OD Port Portals in Portals Nous (Mallorca), the Seaside Sandy Beach in Playa del Inglés (Gran Canaria) and the TUI Family Life Islantilla in Islantilla (Huelva) as opponents.

Starting with its lobby, that replicates a sea cave, to the views from all its suites, villas and penthouses, which look at the Atlantic Ocean, the Royal Hideaway Corales Beach Resort practically merges with the marine world, which also gives it its name. Corals define the decoration of this five-star Barceló Hotel Group luxury hotel. Through fractal forms they can be seen in walls, panels and furniture, linking the visitor to the beach and an aquatic universe that make the stay a complete marine experience. Its impressive rooftop in its area only for adults is worth mentioning: Maresía. A space with an infinity pool and views of La Gomera, the hotel’s highest culinary proposal with the advice of the local chefs with Michelin stars, such as the Padrón brothers.

The Roca Awards to the Hotel Initiative were presented at the Roca Madrid Gallery on June 7th. Organized by the magazine Gran Hotel Turismo, they have celebrated their 25th anniversary this year, and since their creation they recognize the quality and savoir faire of the professionals that work in hotels and hotel chains.
